Mater Made, a watch brand, was designed with one simple goal in mind: to create an everyday watch suitable for a variety of environments.

Based in Richmond, the brand boasts ambassadors across the US, including deep-sea divers, F1 racers, and tattoo artists. With this diverse group, Mater Made truly aims to show that its timepieces are made for adventurers.

On Three Photography worked with founder & CEO Hayden Mater providing art direction with photography and videography to promote ambassador Willie Kirby, a well-known tattoo artist from Richmond. Rather than focusing on the watch itself, our goal was to share Willie’s story and offer the audience a glimpse into his daily life.
